Freshman Brody Malone won the all-around title with a mark of 84.550 and No. 2 Stanford posted a season-best 417.800 team score en route to defeating No. 11 California for the third straight week, this time from Cal’s Haas Pavilion on Sunday night in a Pac-12 Networks televised meet. Malone’s all-around score is the second-highest in the nation this season.
Malone, a native of Summerville, Ga., won the high bar with a career-best score of 14.250. That mark is also the highest for Stanford in the event this season.

Stanford will return to action on Saturday when it travels to Tempe, Ariz. to compete at the Pac-12 Invitational. Stanford, Cal, Arizona State and Washington are all scheduled to compete next weekend.
